Cookieman Studio（以下「当方」）は、提供するスマートフォン向けアプリケーション「排尿日誌」（以下「本アプリ」）における個人情報および利用者情報の取り扱いについて、本プライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」）を定めます。
Cookieman Studio (“we”, “us”, or “our”) has established this Privacy Policy (“Policy”) regarding the handling of personal information and user information in our smartphone application “Voiding Diary” (“the App”).
本アプリは、医療機関の診察にお持ちいただく排尿・水分摂取の記録を支援するためのツールであり、医療機器ではありません。診断・治療の判断は必ず医療従事者にご相談ください。
The App is a tool designed to support the recording of urination and fluid intake for use during medical consultations. It is not a medical device. Please consult a qualified healthcare professional for any diagnosis or treatment decisions.
「利用者情報」とは、上記の個人情報以外の情報であって、ご利用日時、利用環境（端末OS・OSバージョン等）、IPアドレス、クッキー情報、広告識別子、端末の個体識別情報などを指します。
これらの記録は 利用者の端末内（ローカルストレージ／SQLite データベース）にのみ保存 されます。当方のサーバーに送信・保管されることはありません。当方はこれらの記録を取得・閲覧することができません。
These records are stored only on your device (local storage / SQLite database). They are never transmitted to or stored on our servers. We cannot access or view your records.
本アプリは Google AdMob による広告を表示します。AdMob は広告配信・効果測定のため、広告識別子・IPアドレス・端末情報等を取得することがあります。詳細は §6 および Google のプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect advertising identifiers, IP addresses, and device information for ad delivery and measurement purposes. For details, see §6 and Google’s Privacy Policy.
本アプリは、利用者の 氏名、生年月日、住所、電話番号、メールアドレス、位置情報を取得しません。アカウント登録や会員登録は不要です。
The App does not collect your name, date of birth, address, phone number, email address, or location. No account registration is required.
本アプリで取り扱う情報は、以下の目的で利用します。

当方は、本アプリ内の記録データを第三者へ提供することはありません（そもそも当方が記録データを保有していません）。
We do not share your recorded data with any third parties — we do not possess your data in the first place.
ただし、本アプリ上で表示される広告に関しては、Google AdMob が独自に利用者情報を取得・処理します（§6 参照）。
However, Google AdMob independently collects and processes user information in connection with the ads displayed in the App (see §6).
法令に基づき開示が求められた場合はこの限りではありません。

The App uses the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:
利用者は端末の広告ID設定（iOS の「トラッキングを許可」設定、Android の「広告のカスタマイズ」設定）から、広告のパーソナライズをオフにすることができます。
You can opt out of personalized ads through your device’s ad settings (iOS: “Allow Tracking” setting; Android: “Ads personalization” setting).
端末内に保存された記録データは、本アプリをアンインストールすることで削除されます。当方のサーバー側には記録データが存在しないため、当方への削除依頼は不要です。
Records stored on your device are deleted when you uninstall the App. Since we do not hold your data on our servers, no deletion request to us is necessary.
端末の故障・紛失・初期化等により記録データが失われる可能性があります。重要な記録は印刷または写真保存等によりバックアップしてください。
本ポリシーの内容は、必要に応じて変更することがあります。変更後のプライバシーポリシーは、本アプリ内または公開ページ（https://cookieman-studio.github.io/voiding-diary-policy/）に掲載した時点で効力を生じます。重要な変更がある場合は、本アプリ内またはストア掲載ページにて告知します。
We may update this Policy at any time. Updated versions take effect upon posting to the App or this page (https://cookieman-studio.github.io/voiding-diary-policy/). We will notify users of significant changes through the App or store listing page.
